Vendor Appreciation & Fundraiser Statement
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the Silver Pearls Mother’s Day Dinner Fundraiser.
This special event is designed to bring our community together while supporting the mission of Silver Pearls, which is to create a welcoming residential living environment for seniors who desire independence, connection, and community.
By participating as a vendor, you are not only showcasing your business but also helping support a meaningful cause that will benefit seniors and families in our community.
We truly appreciate your partnership and support as we work to build something impactful together.
Vendor Space
• Vendor may purchase up to two vendor spaces
• Opportunity to promote your business to event attendees
• Networking with guests and other vendors
Dinner Tickets
Vendors may purchase dinner tickets at the special vendor rate of $10 per person.
Guest dinner tickets are $15 per person.
Optional Vendor Promotion:
We encourage our vendors to invite their customers, friends, and family to attend the event.
As a thank-you for helping promote the event, we will recognize the vendor who brings the most guests and offer free table fee for the next event.
Vendor Agreement
By participating in this event, vendors agree to the following:
• Vendors must bring their own table coverings and display materials.
• Setup time will be provided prior to the event.
• Silver Pearls is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax if applicable.
