By submitting an application to Silver Pearls, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Independent Contractor Position

This position is offered as an Independent Contractor (1099) role and is not a payroll employee. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and any applicable licensing or certifications required by law.

Driver Requirements

Because many assignments involve transportation, contractors must maintain:

• A valid driver's license

• Reliable personal transportation

• Current automobile insurance

• A safe driving record

Failure to maintain these requirements may affect assignment eligibility.

Client Safety & Professional Conduct

Our clients' safety, dignity, and privacy are our highest priorities. Contractors are expected to:

• Maintain confidentiality regarding all client information.

• Treat every client with compassion, patience, and respect.

• Maintain professional boundaries at all times.

• Report accidents, injuries, emergencies, or concerns immediately.

• Never abuse, neglect, exploit, or discriminate against any client.

• Never accept gifts, loans, or financial arrangements from clients without prior written approval from Silver Pearls.​

 

Assignment Availability

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or assignment. Work is offered based on client needs, geographic location, contractor availability, qualifications, and overall fit.

Accuracy of Information

Applicants certify that all information submitted is true and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from consideration or termination of any contract agreement.

Communication

Applicants agree that Silver Pearls may contact them by phone, email, or text message regarding their application, assignments, scheduling, or other business-related communications.

​

Confidentiality & Social Media Agreement

Contractors may not photograph, video record, or post any client, client's home, family member, or personal information on social media without prior written authorization from both the client (or responsible party) and Silver Pearls.

Client information obtained during assignments must remain strictly confidential, even after the contractor is no longer affiliated with Silver Pearls.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the contractor relationship.
